Wellness Wednesday: Hiking
I love to hike, particularly with my man human. There are so many smells out in nature and I love taking them all in (and scrounging for snacks). This pic is me at the top of a small mountain near our house. I had my tail up the whole way up and whined if we stopped (main human had to catch her breath a couple times). I might be small but I have long legs, a light body and don’t tire out easily. I particularly love if there are some rocks for me to climb during the hike because I think it’s fun to plan out my path. What is your favorite exercise?
