Wellness Wednesday: Eggs

We eat lots of healthy “human foods” as part of our regular diet. Eggs are one of our favorites. Our human will cook us up one egg, no seasoning, just coconut oil and we share it. Eggs are high in protein and eggs and coconut oil are good for your skin and coat. Some of our other favorite foods are chickpeas, chicken, salmon and green beans.
