Wellness Wednesday: Walks II
We are going #Basic for this post. It’s that time of year here in Michigan where we are about to resume our regular walkies. Walkies are a great way to stay in shape and bond with your human (humans really appreciate when you give them attention). Going for walks helps Riley’s confidence and builds trust between him and our humans. For Delilah walks are great for weight management (girl loves her treats). As we ease back into our walkies our human keeps a close eye on us to make sure we don’t overdue it (it takes alot more steps for these short little legs). When the weather is nice we go on walkies 3-5 times a week.
